View Full Version : Just bought a 79 6.9 in Texas

Greetings to all! I have watched this car for 10 years and have been fortunate to acquite it today. It needs complete Fuel System flush. Anybody have any suggestions on easy way to do this? Car has been siting for at least 10 years and run very little -- but it has been started regularly. Car is a one owner car and he claims it may have been the last one imported or maybe sold in Texas. Car is in great condition with only 43,000 miles. All tips will be appreciated.

Where in Texas are you? Did you get your fuel issues ironed out?
