Here is a link to a map pocket on the popular auction site... It goes off in 3 days.

Hi guys! Since this thread is relating to the map pocket,it's indirectly related to the door, yes? So,please excuse me if I may use this thread to ask about sth else regarding our front doors....on earlier W115s....
HOW do we remove the adjust KNOB for the quad-vent glass??? I don't want to risk breaking it,so I'm asking for help.Hope you guys could help me out here!
Thanks a lot.Wish you all a Joyful&Blessed Merry Christmas.All the best,BYE&GOD BLESS!!! :) :) :)

If you mean the vent glass then here is how you do it. Behind the knob you will find a small hole, fabricate a tool , I used a bent finish nail , head side and push out front of cap. Then unscrew nut and its off.
The easiest way is to open th event window and attack it through the open glass. Good luck

Hi Ron,thanks a lot for your help! Thank GOD for you,and also that I didn't try to pry the cover off from its side,or I might risk causing some unsightly damage/scuff to the knob.
Well, all the best to you in finding a nice map pocket for your W115.BYE for now and GOD BLESS!!! :) :) :)

Hi there,
When I bought my car, the door pockets were taken off and neatly placed in the trunk. I got the replacement on Ebay very reasonably but I do not have screws for the door pockets. What screws are the correct size?

I am just reassembling the door panels on my 114 and the map pockets are just held on with two simple metal screws which go through the door panel, from the back and screw into clips which are attached to the pocket.

Hello,
Could you please let me know the size, thread and length of the screws?

Today, I tried to get a screw in the other direction and it fell the other way in the door.-) i think I will ask the local upholstery shop to do it for me.

I hope you realize that the door panel must be removed to enable you to screw into the map pocket bracket. Try any kind of simple metal screw till you find one that fits, and then just screw it in from the back.
