Does anyone have a recommended cleaning procedure for cleaning oil out of vacuum lines; i.e. brake cleaner and compressed air...

Why not just buy a few meters of new and replace them all? They all should come off anyway to clean them properly. Brake fluid will work as will air depending on how bad they are.

What are you cleaning out? Assuming it sucked in some engine oil, I think that 'like dissolves like' will work here, so try diesel fuel or alcohol, maybe a mity-vac to pull it through and low pressure air to blow it out and dry it.

Hi Scott I would take Lens advise and change the lines, cheap and your local dealer will have them in the correct size and color. If you tape end to end and pull them thru carefully you should do just fine, remember they are 20 plus years old.joeym PS while the dash isout clean out the shut off valve that comes off the ignition switch, also did the oil come from the shut off valve on the injection pump,or did it come from the vac pump.
