No blower to screen

I had to take out the console frontage, ie the heater controls, radio and since connecting back with all the connectors I seem to have lost blower direction apart from directly to the foot wells. If I press the botton for screen clearance The fan speeds up but does not drirect the air to the screen, can anybody help before I take it to the main dealers :(
