Autocross 4th of June 2006 for Mercedes-Benz Club members, San Diego Section
Location - Qualcomm Stadium West Parking Lot, San Diego, CA. and must be there by 7:00am (6:45am is better).
For this driving event we are going to try to show the BMW folks the Mercedes hottest cars, with practice in the morning and time trial runs in the afternoon.
We have only 10 guaranteed places on the second day (Sunday) of their two day autocross event. For insurance reasons, Mercedes drivers will be required to join the BMW Car Club of America PRIOR to the event and bring proof of membership. You can join on-line at: http://bmwcca.org/ for only $30. The cost of the day itself will be $45 which includes lunch and the event will be a full day as they usually finish at about 5:00pm.
Drivers must have a SNELL 95 or newer helmet. If they don't have one, the BMW Club will rent them one for the day for $10. Total cost of $85. So register now for a full day of the best fun you can legally have in your Mercedes.
