Welcome to MBCA's W113 chassis Mercedes-Benz forum!
W113 represents the new evolution of SL roadsters that came out right after the W198 and W121 chasis ceased production in 1963. Produced for model years 1964-1971, they saw 3 engine developments as they became more powerful and affluent models. Although they recieved criticism at the time of their release as not true sports cars, they have always been very attractive and pleasing models to own. These models are often identified as the "Pagoda" models. This is the place to help you sort out your most entailing W113 preservation issues.
The production model variants of the W113 chassis are:
230SL (Produced from March 1963 to January 1967)
250SL (Produced from November 1966 to January 1968)
280SL (Produced from November 1967 to March 1971)
