OBD ll Port

Is there an OBD ll port (16 contacts) in the 2000 E430? If so where is it and where can I get the MB codes? Thanks:)

The OBD port is at the left side under the dash near Park brake release.

Your MB dealer should give you the codes you find . . .

I remember the good old days when "OBD" was a mechanic riding in your car trying to hear or feel hat the problem might be. Those days are gone, but what about the mechanics? Can they still do it??
