is it possible to convert a 62 190D over to disc brakes by using the parts from a 66-67 200D?

If the '62 is a 190Dc, I think it should be doable. The 190Db may have a somewhat different set up. Note that even the late Finbacks had discs only at the front.

My 1961 220S was converted to discs in the front before I got it. Mine came from a 1966 230S. It is doable. Find your doner and you'll have all you need. Put new kingpins and bushings while you are converting and this will make the front end tight and new again.

Did they move the power booster over as well? It looks like that part will be a bit of a pain, the battery needs to be moved, the clutch master has to be moved inside the firewall by the pedals.

My booster is near the radiator. The master cylinder is on the fire wall and the battery is on the same side. There are lines going to it. You can have disc brake without having power brakes if your car did not have them. To convert to disc brakes you don't need to change your master cylinder and booster. Only change the wheel parts out. Is this what you are asking? Here is what my booster looks like.
