s430 Command & Ipod

I have just bought an 03 S430, the navigation CD is 2002, I have seen on Ebay sellers with the North America on a single DVD would this work on my 2003 system ? if not waht is the latest CD version that will work with the system as the 2002 is way out of date and is anyone aware of a retrofit Ipod connection to interface with the command system

A DVD will not work in a CD system.
