original radio for 1974 450SL

Can someone tell me what the orignal radio is for a 1974 450SL?
I have some literature that came with the car for a Becker Europa II Stereo LMKU/MU.
What is the difference between the LMKU and the MU?

LMKU, MU:
L = Langwelle (Long Wave, very low frequencies)
M = Mittelwelle - what we call AM
K = Kurzwelle (shortwave)
U - Ultra-KurzWelle (What we call FM)

LMKU was common in Europe, MU is what we consider normal in USA.

I don't know about the 74 radio though.
