Need someone's help;
I seam to have an off again/on again problem with my remote unit, or maybe something related to it. Many a times, I will try to open the driver's door with my remote by pressing the button on my key; however, the remote would not ingage and I would either have to use another location, if active, or the last resort, use my key.My key works all the time, without fail. I have been told that the remote sending unit will have to be replaced, which seems out of question due to the price; especially when the key works fine.
Is there some out there that has a better handle on this problem, or maybe someone that knows what the problem may be and a reasonable solution. Thanks,
