HELP ... I'm broke down in Santa Fe NM . I think it is the fuel pump relay.
I need to locate the relay . Where is the fuel pump relay locted on a 1985 500 SEC Coupe( Euro model) .I live in colorado and need to get this running and back home .
Is there a jumper or bypass i do that will get home .

Relay is between the firewalls - big black box just to the left of the ABS module . . .
Jump socket #7 to #8 to run fuel pump - be sure to disconnect it as soon as you turn off the engine or pump may be ruined . .

it's in your fuse box, biggest one, the Bosch is black and says Fuel pump relay on it

and if it's not a cold solder joint, then there's a small piece of circuit board missing (it'll be obvious), bridge that with some wire to fix it.
