An interesting little quiz: What kind of car are you? (http://www.tomorrowland.us/sportscar/). My wife was a "Mercedes SLK" while I was a "Porsche 911"
A little off topic fun.

Hunh, I'm a ford mustang. I always kinda though of myself as a blue non-turbo diesel....
Don
I'm a Porsche 911 too, it seems.
Got one of them already but am thinking of getting rid of it because I hardly drive it anymore.
After one gets into a CL500, looks around, puts one's hands on the wheel and steps on the gas, other cars' charms just seem to pale.

Mazda RX8. Never driven one but do like the looks of them.

Well I misread the last question the first time, I read "welding" not "wielding" -shows where my brain is at....
Anyways this caused it to give me....Chevrolet Corvette!!
But a correction on the last one changed it to Porsche 911- :)
The last question didn't affect Veronica's result, she's a SLK either way...
My mother came up RX8.
Fun, thanks!

I like to think I am a Ford Crown Vic police intercepter. I don't draw attention unless I am looking for trouble. If you see a big Crown Vic, with a flat black grill, coming up fast behind you get out of my way. :D

Too true! A unique combo of self-satisfaction and constant annoyance!
I've aquired great skill at letting off the throttle at the exact moment needed to accomodate traffic flow with the diesel's natural resistance, reducing my brake wear well over 50%. Any decent uphill stop sign allows me to stop completely right at the line with NO brakes applied. 70% of my thrust/drag control comes from my accelerator.
I also use stratigic rate of speed timing to nail threading those left turn breaks in traffic at maximum efficientcy.
One last thing, lack of thrust is insignificant when one simply needs to slow down less. I can always get distance on tailgaters in the corners. ;)

It seems I am a Mercedes SLK!

Well, I am close with my 300 CE Cabrio. :D

It says I'm a Lotus Elise. I think the survey is close, but not right on the mark. Elise is just a little raw and lacking in even basic amenities. I'm personally more like my Honda S 2000 -- which may be heresy on this board but yet true.

Jim
We shouldn't be surprised that both of us are Porsche 911s.

Same here. I blacked out the three-foot-wide grille on my '85 Crown Vic and now I get a little bit more respect from the Old ladies in the old Oldsmobiles.

I don't have to take the test: I already know I'm a '57 Chevy with a big front grille and big tailfins. Been on a diet, trying to loose the big front grille and tail fins.
