Regional Officers & Leaders Meeting April 24, 2004

We have tentatively scheduled a meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Region officers and leaders for Saturday, April 24, 2004. Time will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. with lunch at 12:30. If needed we will continue after lunch. GWS is currently looking for and booking the location and you can check this site for confirmation of the location in D.C.

This meeting will be held just prior to the May national board meeting in Pittsburgh. Please send you agenda items to me.

Robby, April 24-25 weekend is the Virginia Section overnight to Ashland/Richmond area.

Let's go ahead and make it Saturday, April 24th. The 17th doesn't work for Joe and a number of others, and no date will work for everyone. I can meet the Virginia crowd Saturday evening at their hotel in Ashland and go over the day's business with them.

We are now working on finding a meeting location - close to the new Hazey Center at Dulles International Airport - the new Air & Space Museum - so we can have a self guided tour there once the meeting is over.

Currys is just off of rte 50 & rte 28 - South of Dulles Airport in a new industrial plaza right next to the Dulles Auto Mall. Very easy to find!

The meeting will start at 10 am sharp - with coffee and doughnuts to power us up with. Meeting is scheduled to end at 1pm - at which time we can all go off to lunch, or for those that want to we can carpool to the new Hazey Center at Dulles Airport - the new site of the "off the mall" air and space museum.

This meeting will give our Regional MBCA Director information to take to the National MBCA meetings in Pittsburgh in early May.
