I have purchased a "99" ML 320 for my wife. Good Vehicle and She is happy.
I did notice that this ML has OEM windshield However comma......... (I get picky with decals for Daimler era Benz having a "mercedes" replacement is the only reason why I noticed). Do they not put the Mercedes Benz Product decal on the MBUSI vehicles? Is it just that, MBUSI ? If MBUSI does, then I do not see evidence of this being a replacement winshield. Do you have "something" on yours?

Best Regards,
-M

I have an 2001 ML 320. It does not have a Daimler decal. I've looked at other MLs. None have the Daimler decal. Have no idea why they don't.

My 01 ML320 that I bought new and sold last year did not have a windshield decal.

Only the passenger cars use the decal in the windshield. The other two are considered "trucks".

Thank you for all your inputs, I really do not know too much about this "Truck" yet, but ready to learn. Best Regards

My 2002 G500 has the "a Daimler-Benz Product" decal on the windshield. There is a website where you can buy them - but I don't remember where. A lot of good that is to you...

Wait...the MBCA club store sells them for $1.50, I think...

I recently bought one on e-bay. Search under "Daimler decal."

Auction price goes to about $5.

The decal, 115-584-06-40, is $1.15 . I should sell them on ebay and retire after a few thousand copies.. No matter what it came on originally, it will fit any windshield. I have the MB "alarm" decals on the windows of my house. I have hundreds of windshield decals in stock.

Tom, that reminds me of the story of the man who bought a Coke bottle from a little boy for $10. The man's friend said, "That Coke bottle isn't worth $10." The fellow who bought it said, "It is now!"

You may be selling decals for $1.15, but the one I have is worth $4.85 . . . . HA !

Thanks Tom. Next time I'll try you first before heading to e-bay.
