1995 E420. WITH RADIO ON, USING THE CRUISE CONTROL AND/OR TURN SIGNAL MAKES A POPING/CLICKING NOISE THRU THE SPEAKERS.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM.

Not sure if this could be related - has your wiring harness been replaced? Most of these vintage W124s will need to have the harness replaced at some point in time...

Nearly, are you running the OEM radio or an aftermarket? If you are running an aftermarket system, I would check to make sure that you have solid ground connections, especially if you are running separate amplifiers.

THE CAR IS ALL OEM.
GET THIS - THE NOISE HAS STOPPED. A INTERMITTENT BAD GROUND WOULD SEEM TO BE THE GREMLIN.
