Plastic cleaner/protection

I tried some Plexus Plastic Protector on the headlight plastic lens covers and am really impressed with the results. I found the advice to use Plexus on a professional detailers forum (which I neglected to bookmark.) I found the best deal at Performanceproducts.com but search around. It was around $15 including shipping. It is really impressive on my wife's 2003 TL-S which has a clear plastic headlight cover.

Top it off with some of that clear film to keep them that way.

Plastic film is a good idea. So is application of a bit of 303 to the plastic lens covers before applying the Plexus. 303 will give UV protection of SP 40 and prevent the lens covers from becoming overly hard and brittle, and thereby more subject to stone damage.
