400e convience control unit

My convience control unit needs to be replaced. My window will not go back up because its has constant power down and sunroof will not operate until you use a window!!!!

where is it located and is it expensive.

Since no one knows the answer to my questions I will have to answer them my self. I finally found the covenience control relay under the back seat cusion. It was easy to remove (2 bolts). The price to replace was 300 dollars at the dealer.

Hi You never said what year the veh was and it was not in your personal file,only 190 and a 300.joeym ps Glad it worked out for you always try to give as much info as you can
