replacing back glass

need to know the best way to replace the back glass in a w123?
old one was knocked out by a big oak tree. i have a parts car that has a good one but have to get it out without breaking it.

Remove the chrome trim, and cut the weatherstrip. Get a new weatherstrip and have a glass shop install it in your other car.
