300D which one to buy?

I was thinking about purchasing a 300d from the 1990's(92-95.) Any advice on possibly getting one of these. I'm a good mechanic with fully set up shop at home and have 2 MB's already that my wife drives. This would be a daily driver /commuter car.
Any ones particularly good or bad?
