Carbon Fiber Care.

I have ordered an engine bay part for another of my cars (not MB) which is made of carbon fiber. I have never owned anything made of this material before. Any special washing procedures? Can it be waxed?

Any advice will be apreciated.

CF is a resin impregnated woven fiber that is chemically non-reactive, so any treatment compatible with fiberglass or other resin surfaces is fine.
